We will provide a prepaid return label and offer either a full refund or a replacement for defective items.

3. Returns for Personal Reasons

For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A refund will be issued once the item is received and inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria.

4. Free Return for First-Time Customers

We offer a free return for first-time customers. In this case, we will issue a prepaid return label for the item. For subsequent returns, the shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
