3. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking indicates that the package has been delivered.
- If your package is damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number for assistance.
